"14 Words" is a reference to the most popular white supremacist slogan in the world: "We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children." The slogan was coined by David Lane, a member of the white supremacist terrorist group known as The Order (Lane died in prison in 2007). The term reflects the primary white supremacist worldview in the late 20th and early 21st centuries: that unless immediate action is taken, the white race is doomed to extinction by an alleged "rising tide of color" purportedly controlled and manipulated by Jews.
Because of its widespread popularity, white supremacists reference this slogan constantly, in its full form as well as in abbreviated versions such as "14 Words", "Fourteen Words," or simply the number "14."
"The 14 Words" that guide and inspire white racism are the core posture of their movement. They define a simple goal, which itself is not illegal or violent. People who see themselves as purely "white" racially wish to keep purely "white" people present in the world. But that is not what the white supremacist movement is doing. They believe in the superiority of the white race, which then demands power and control over the inferior - meaning all of humanity. Whereas their racial goal could be peacefully met by simply choosing spouses or engaging in voluntary genetic testing, and artificial insemination of the genetic stock they prefer, they actually advocate for - and pursue - violent acts of murder and terrorism against their perceived mongrel hoards (Jews, Muslims, immigrants of all color).
The 14'rs are not just racist, but violent extremists who have proven that their correspondence, manifestos, and actions are international in nature. They fall in the category of International Terrorists as a result, and must be added to the FBI watch list. Due in part to the excesses of the Hoover FBI, the FBI does not maintain an official list of domestic terrorist organizations. It is time to soften the line for the White Supremacists who now stretch around the world in a brotherhood of murder and hate.
